15-Day Returns

Not satisfied? Return any item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We stand behind every product we sell.

How to Start a Return

Email support@belletify.com with subject: "Return Request – [Your Order Number]"
We will send return instructions within 24 hours
Ship the item back in its original packaging
Receive your full refund within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging
Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and either reship the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice. Contact us within 15 days of delivery.

Refund Timeline

Refund initiated: Within 24 hours of receiving returned item
Bank processing: 5–7 business days (depends on your bank)
Credit card refunds: May take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 days of receiving goods, without giving any reason. Our 15-day policy meets and exceeds this legal minimum.
