15-Day Returns

Not satisfied? Return any item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@belletify.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Pack the item in original packaging and ship to the address provided
  4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the item

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or confirmation email)

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods. Our 15-day policy meets and exceeds this legal minimum.
